PASSION TO MAKE JESUS KNOWN AROUND THE WORLD THROUGH DIGITAL MINISTRY & IN PERSON

About Stephen & Selfiah Womack

Stephen and Selfiah, founders of Dominion Global Impact, carry a deep passion to see people grow in God through discipleship, the study of His Word, and true fellowship with the Lord. Their lives are marked by a burning love affair with Jesus—one that touches His heart and draws others into deeper intimacy with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Their greatest joy is seeing people seek the Lord with all their hearts, knowing that such devotion brings delight to God Himself.

Stephen’s Journey

Before they met, Stephen—now affectionately called Pastor Steve—served in the United States Navy in the 1990s, stationed aboard a warship in the Middle East. It was there the Lord spoke to him, saying He was calling him into a different kind of war. Soon after, Stephen left the Navy and entered into God’s “boot camp,” a season of training in the Spirit.

Over the years, God confirmed his calling through prophetic words and divine encounters. One word he received described his spiritual journey as being “home-schooled” by the Lord—trained directly through life lessons, the Word, and the Spirit. This is evident in the way he teaches and preaches today: practical, Spirit-filled, and igniting hunger in those who hear. Pastor Steve often flows in the gifts of the Word of Wisdom and the Word of Knowledge, ministering insight and encouragement with accuracy and compassion. And confirmed and backed up by the Power of the Spirt showing up in many of his meetings through prophetic, healings, and deliverance.

The Prophetic Promise of “East Meets West”

Long before Stephen met Selfiah, God had been speaking. On one occasion, a prophetess declared: “You are pregnant with My purpose, but the ministry will be birthed when East meets West.” At the time, its meaning was unclear. Years later, the pieces came together when Stephen met Selfiah—an answer to prophetic promises, a woman from a small island in Indonesia, just as had been spoken to him in prayer years before. East and West met and were married.

Together, their marriage fulfilled the Word and brought new strength to the ministry. Selfiah is the quiet strength and steady balance in their partnership—compassionate, serving, and faithful in the unseen work that keeps the “engine” of ministry running. Job 8:6 became a prophetic banner over their lives: “If you are pure and upright, even now He will rouse Himself on your behalf and restore your happy home.”

The Birth of Dominion Church

In 2013, God birthed a new work in Jacksonville, Florida. What began with a handful of homeless people under a bridge grew into weekly park meetings, and then into Saturday gatherings in a local café, where anyone—homeless or not—was welcomed with food, fellowship, and the gospel.

Over the years, countless lives have been touched:

The hungry fed both physically and spiritually.

Many miraculously healed by the power of God.

Demons cast out and chains of addiction broken.

Thousands giving their lives to Christ.

People discovering hope and stepping onto a new path.

From these gatherings, Dominion Church was birthed, now pastored by Stephen and Selfiah (and their team) with a heart for discipleship, deliverance, and transformation.

The Mission Today

Their calling is to reach both the transient and the rooted—the poor, the addicted, the broken, and also the hungry believer longing for more of God. Through in-person ministry and online outreach—E-courses, blogs, teachings, and e-books—Stephen and Selfiah are equipping people around the world to walk in freedom and intimacy with Christ.

The call Stephen first heard aboard that Navy ship still burns today: to fight in a different kind of war. Just as he once left Egypt after leaving the Navy, he now helps others leave their spiritual “Egypt’s,” breaking free from bondage and walking into the promised land of God’s presence and purpose.
